All our sill panels are now made from 1.2mm cold rolled panel steel, we are using 1.2mm as this is a stronger material for such a structual part of the vehicle. 

Other rust repair panels are made from a cold rolled panel steel that has 30 microns of zinc seal (not zincalume) on each side to stop rusting.

We take pride in all our panels and ensure the hightest quality template and fit.   At Retro Rods Custom Sheetmetal we are also able to fit the panels to your vehicle, by providing this service we are confident in the quality of fit.   

 Please be mindful that your car may be over 50 years old and probably been repaired at some stage during its life!
